I need a lawyer to sue a company for harassment any recommendations?
I signed up for a free Affiliate Marketing program online and yes i read the fine print no catches on the last page it tried to charge me money so i clicked out of it . The past 3 nights the company has had a automated call service call my house at 2 in the morning nowhere did i consent for this or give them permission to do so . I clearly stated when they called i wanted them to call in the evening before 9pm and they know which state i live in and what the time is here to top it off when i answer and try to speak with a operator the call ends and then calls right back . My mother just had major shoulder surgery and i have been very sick i wanna sue this company recommendations please ?
Gosh I hate those automated calls and their is a law in place where you can opt out. It is a form of harrassment.
